Police officers probably drink more coffee than any other profession in the United States. Having been on patrol many years, Ron Lyons has learned what it takes to make a great cup of coffee. Now you get the benefit of his many deep night shifts in his "Cop's Brew" Coffee. Imported from Colombia, this premium coffee is roasted, ground and packaged in the quantity you prefer once you place your order. It has tones of both chocolate and vanilla and is just the thing when you need a swift kick in the backside to get your day going (or to keep it going!) Cop's Brew is packaged in a special C02 releasing bag that will help keep the coffee fresh.
Choose from our three best roasts: Days Off (Light Roast), Day Shift (Medium Roast), or Deep Nights (Dark Roast.) You can also get Cop's Brew in various grinds and sizes. Due to the fact that Cop's Brew is roasted and ground in small batches, it may take 1 to 3 days to ship out, depending on when the order is placed and the roasting and grinding schedule.
All coffee should be stored long term between 50 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit, at about 30 to 50 percent humidity. Roasted coffee beans and ground coffee should be kept in an airtight container. You can store roasted coffees without much flavor loss for about a year unopened, or 2 years in the freezer. Coffee is still good past these dates if kept properly, but flavor fades away quickly over time. Once you open roasted beans or ground coffee you should plan to use it up within a week for the best flavor.
